David Dutwin is a scholar of political communication, the formation of mass opinion, and research methodologies. He has taught at the Universities of Washington, Pennsylvania, and Arizona. Dr. Dutwin is also the Vice President of Social Science Research Solutions, a division of International Communications Research in Media, PA. David attained his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001.
