Professor Lacey is an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Communication Studies with a background in Human Resources. She began teaching at Burlington County Community College in New Jersey where she taught Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communication. She has contributed to the university community in many ways as a graduate assistant for the Frederick Douglass Institute and also as a tutor and later faculty member for the Academic Development Program
