Submissions:  Electronic submission only to All Academic system via main NCA webpage.

Deadline:  February 16, 2004

Specify student papers:  Yes, to be considered for student awards

Maximum length:  30 pages on papers, excluding title page, references, figures and tables (please use 12-pt. type and standard spacing/margins).

 

The Group Communication Division accepts completed papers, extended (5-10 page) abstracts, panel proposals, and other types of submissions on group communication theory, research, pedagogy, facilitation, and related applications/practices. As they might say here in Texas, we're downright eager for y'all to submit your related scholarship for consideration! The Division encourages scholarly inquiry that investigates many different types of groups and contexts and that draws on varied methods. Awards are made to top papers and top student papers.

 

Additionally, please note the following:

 

Please be sure to include information on ALL co-authors and indicate the "presenting" author when completing electronic submission forms so as to minimize scheduling conflicts. Generally, a person should not be listed as the lead or presenting author on more than one submission to the division.
