Aristotle's book, Rhetoric, describes Logos (Lambda) as logic, Pathos (Pi) as emotion, and Ethos (Eta) as character credibility and ethics. In addition to being the official communication studies honor society of the NCA, LPH is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS), which is the nation's only certifying agency for honor societies.
