Job Description

As a training coordinator, I plan and execute departmental sponsored training for new hires and existing employees at Vanguard. I assist with everything from behind the scenes prep work for training courses to serving as a lead trainer in a classroom setting. The role is most rewarding because on a daily basis I apply the public speaking, writing, leadership, and organizational skills that I learned while attending West Chester University as a Communication Studies major.
