Job Description
Position responsibilities: Manage detailed projects required for database design and administration, software standards, publishing projects for sponsorship advertising and all major programs undertaken in the Department of Communications and Marketing. Coordinate and manage the business functions of the department including accounts payable, budget, and general paperwork relative to personnel. Additional responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating all major events – from strategy to execution - produced by the Office of Communications and Marketing. Participate and assist in other events produced by the College of Medicine. Writing assignments related to printed pieces. Responsible for tracking daily clips for public relations purposes; producing a weekly media review for the Dept.’s online newsletter.
