The West Chester University Forensics Team in conjunction with the PA-Iota Chapter of Pi Kappa Delta will be hosting the first annual Carolyn Keefe Memorial Forensics Tournament on October 10-11. The tournament will offer competition in 11 speech events in three broad categories—Prepared Speaking (After Dinner Speaking, Informative Speaking, Persuasive Speaking, and Rhetorical Criticism), Limited Preparation Speaking (Extemporaneous Speaking and Impromptu Speaking), and Oral Interpretation of Literature (Dramatic Interpretation, Duo Interpretation, Poetry Interpretation, Prose Interpretation, and Program Oral Interpretation).
