Professor Hickman is a scholar of speech, with a particular interest in public speaking and political communication. He is the department's director of Forensics. Professor Hickman received an M.A. from Miami University of Ohio and his ABD in his Ph.D. program at the University of Maryland. He joined the faculty of West Chester University in 1998. |
